Shipping & Returns


Standard Delivery
Standard shipping for any size item is sent 1st Class at a fixed price of £3.95. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and postage usually takes between 2 to 4 working days.

Express UK Delivery
We can send your orders using our Express Delivery service at a fixed price of £8.50. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and postage takes between 1 to 2 working days.

Republic of Ireland & Europe
All orders to the Republic of Ireland, or Europe are dispatched using our recorded delivery service at a fixed price of £16.95.  Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and postage takes between 3 to 7 working days depending on the location.

Rest of the World Shipping
We will ship anywhere in the world for a flat cost of £24.95, no matter how large the order. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, but delivery time is dependent on where in the world you live. We will email exact timings and delivery method once your order has been processed. However, international orders are reliant on our customers choosing the appropriate delivery rate at check out. Failure to do this will delay your order being dispatched as orders will not be processed until full payment has been received. Also note that we do not take any responsibility for any import duties that may be applicable to your order. These should be dealt with by you directly with necessary Import and Customs body of the destination country.

It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases then you can return it to us, unused, in full and in its original packaging within 14 days for a complete refund. All Fancy Dress Costumes must have all there labels still attached. 

If you discover faulty products within your Ultimate Party Box we will replace these individually, with prior agreement. Please email or telephone us & quote your invoice number which you will find on your email receipt. The faulty item must be returned to our Head Office (see address below). We will endeavour to replace any faulty item as soon as possible which may take upto 3 days for all items instock. If the faulty item is not instock we will look to replace it with a similar item and notify you accordingly. If, for any reason we cannot provide a replacement we will refund the cost of the faulty item based on the manufacturers recommended retail price.

Our exclusive “No Show Guarantee” means you do not pay more than you have to. If a child you bought a home bag for does not turn up to the party, you can return the unused contents back to us and we will refund you the cost. All we ask is that it is refunded in the same condition as it was sent out and in its original packaging with labels still intact. All returns must be sent using recorded delivery and all refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt. The cost of return postage will not be refunded and is the responsibility of the sender and the amount refunded will be the Ultimate Dressing Up Bag unit cost identified on your original order. All returns must be made within 28 days of the original order. Please follow any additional instructions for this, outlined in your Ultimate Party in a Box.
